１０月に初開催したこのイタリアワインイベント。お客様のご要望にお応えした、2019年から通年企画として年４回（１月、４月、７月、１０月）開催します！
３種類のイタリアワインを飲み比べできるこの企画。その際、ワインリストには「ぶどう品種」「産地」「ヴィンテージ」のみを記載し、ワインの名称は伏せています。ぜひ、直感でお選びいただき、舌と感性でお楽しみください。

This Italian wine event was held for the first time in October. We will hold four times a year (January, April, July, October) as a year-round project since 2019 in response to customer's requests!This project which can drink and compare three kinds of Italian wine. On that occasion, only the "grape variety", "production area" and "vintage" are listed in the wine list, and the name of the wine is frown. By all means, choose by intuition, please enjoy with tongue and sensibility.

シチリアを代表するワインの造り手であるPLANETA社。1985年の創業以来、国際品種とシチリアの土着品種を巧みに使用し、シチリアの複雑な土壌や気候を生かしたワイン造りによって、イタリアを代表する世界的ワイナリーへと成長しました。この度は、オーナーであり醸造責任者でもあるアレッシオ・プラネタ氏をお招きし、多彩なお料理にも見事に寄り添う、PLANETAワインの真髄をご体験頂きます。

PLANETA travelled through Sicily as on a great wine continent, establishing their estates in five different areas from west to east, seeking the interpretation of them through research into indigenous varieties, including those by now forgotten, and into the suitability of the different terroirs to welcome international varieties as well. The night will be legendary, we welcome Mr. Alessio Planeta, the owner and the chief Winemaker of PLANETA and travel around Sicily with him through the glasses of his wine.

現地シチリアでの修行経験のあるオーナーシェフソムリエ北川による、シチリア10分セミナーからスタートします。 どなたでも分かる様に、プロジェクターとお手製資料を使い、よりシチリアを身近に感じて頂く為にさせて頂きます。 その後料理のスタート。 シチリアの郷土料理全8品と、シチリアワイン4種(希望者は6種)をソムリエが解説しながらご提供します。

Started from the Sicilia 10 min seminar by Chef Sommelier Kitagawa, who owns field training in Sicily.As anyone can understand, we will use the projector and handmade materials to make us feel Sicilia more familiar.Then I started cooking.Sommelier will provide you with 8 items of Sicilian regional cuisine and 4 Sicilian wines (6 kinds of applicants) while sommelier will explain.

Over 100 labels of high quality Italian wine, which have acquired the best award, "Tre Bicchieri" from "Vini d'Italia" will exhibit at this tasting event targeting trade. Associations of Prosecco DOC and Lugana DOC will be also exhibited.
