今年、キャプランワインアカデミーはイタリア大使館貿易促進部の協力のもとミラノ・ワイン・ウィークの国際的なマスタークラス・セッションを実施することになりました。
10月11日、12日、13日の3日間、17時から18時15分の間、ミラノからのライブ映像と合わせて、イタリア語・日本語の通訳者のサポートを受けながら、3つのワインセミナーを開催します。ぜひご参加ください！

This year, CAPLAN Wine Academy, in cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency of the Italian Embassy in Japan, is pleased to host the international Master Class sessions of the Milano Wine Week in Tokyo.
Three wine seminars will be held in live connection with Milan on October 11, 12, and 13 from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m., supported by Japanese interpreters. Join us for the Milano Wine Week!

西宮の兵庫県立芸術文化センター 大ホール前にて「ヨーロッパマルシェ」を開催致します。
イタリアのハイクオリティな演奏をお届けするサルバベルカントによるオペラ・ガラ・コンサート。その開演前から途中休憩までの間にイタリア・マルケ州のワインをご紹介。赤ワインのファットリア・デッツィ、白ワインのポデーリ・マッティオーリ。さらに大人気！ワインのお供も登場します。ぜひ芸術と味覚の秋をご堪能下さい。

"Europe Marche" will be held in front of the large hall of the Hyogo Performing Arts Center in Nishinomiya.
An opera gala concert by Salvabel Canto that delivers high-quality performances from Italy. From before the performance to the intermission, we introduce wines from Marche, Italy. Red wine Fattoria Dezzi, white wine Poderi Mattioli. Even more popular! Dolce that goes well with wine is also available. Please enjoy the art and taste of autumn.

道の駅いちかわでは、10月29日（土）～11月6日（日）「南イタリアカゼルタフェア」を開催します。市川市は令和元年5月に自治体連携協定をイタリア共和国カンパニア州にあるカゼルタ市と締結しています。今回のフェアでは、カゼルタ市発祥のモッツァレラチーズなどの特産品の販売やレストランでの特別メニュー提供を行います。

イタリア料理とイタリアワインの知識レベルの認定試験で毎年開催しています。出題範囲は２０州すべての郷土料理とワインです。これらを体系的に学び、理解することで、イタリア料理とワインのさらなる普及に貢献することを目的としています。

Italian cuisine and Italian wine knowledge level certification exam is held annually. It aims to contribute to the further spread of Italian cuisine and wine by systematically learning and understanding these.

Chianti DOCGとChianti Classico DOCGは全く異なる2つの保護原産地呼称です。本セミナーではそれぞれの産地を紹介し、それぞれの歴史、地理、特徴について説明させていただきます。そして実際に３種類のキャンティを試飲し、イタリア語でテイスティングコメントを出します。

Chianti DOCG e Chianti Classico DOCG sono due denominazioni molto diverse. In questo seminario online della durata di un'ora tracceremo la storia delle due denominazioni e ne sottolineeremo le fondamentali differenze in termini di storia, geografia e stile. Quindi andremo a degustare tre vini, un Chianti DOCG base, un Chianti DOCG sottozona e un Chianti Classico, e ne delineeremo le caratteristiche organolettiche.

Association for Italy-Japan (80th in Japan) Course for Italian wine culture online course, Chapter3 "Ancient Roman and wines". コロナ禍で中断していた、イタリア地葡萄ワイン会を、極少人数で開催します。今まで毎回州違い12種類のワインをレストランに持ち込んでマリアージュをご紹介していましが、今回は、一つの州に絞って6種類飲み比べです。出張料理人による、ラツィオ州のワインと料理で開催します。
