ディーノアマドーリ研究医療センターのテクノロジー・トランスファー・オフィス（TTO）は、研究者が自身の知的資産を社会全体のための利益に変換する手続きを支援します。
それによって、研究とイノベーションの間のギャップを埋める役割を果たしています。
TTOテクノロジー・トランスファー・オフィスが果たす役割の具体例に、企業やコミュニティの関係者との関係構築、スポンサー付き研究やコンサルティングの機会から新たな資金援助を生成すること、起業や知的財産（IP）に関する全範囲でのサポートを提供することなどが挙げられます。
そして、当社の技術（スタートアップ）や研究者が生み出した成果（スピンオフ）を活用して新たな企業を設立し、更なる開発の可能性を模索します。さらに、知的財産のポリシーや手続きの準備・作成・更新、技術開発の促進、そして技術を産業界や公共に利益をもたらす形で移転する研究者への支援、スピンオフとスタートアップへのバックアップなどもTTOが責任を持って行っています。
The technology transfer office (TTO) helps researchers in managing their intellectual assets in ways that facilitate their transformation into benefits for society. In doing this, TTO helps to bridge the gap between research and innovation.
This general role may be declined into more specific ones including: establish relationships with firms and community actors; generate new funding support from sponsored research or consulting opportunities; provide assistance on all areas related to entrepreneurship and intellectual property (IP); facilitate the formation of companies utilising Institution’s technology (start-up) and/or researcher’s (spin-off) to enhance prospects of further development; and TTO is responsible for preparing, drafting and updating intellectual property policies and procedures, encouraging technology development, assisting researchers in transferring technology to industry and others for the public benefit and supporting Spin-off and Start-up.
