Market Consultation Notice and Call for Expressions of Interest
ITA – Italian Trade Agency, Tokyo Office, hereby publishes the Market Consultation Notice and Call for Expressions of Interest for the identification of economic operators to be invited to the negotiated procedure for the construction of the custom façade, complementary works, fit-out, MEP systems and external landscaping of the Italy Pavilion at Green Expo 2027 Yokohama.
The estimated contract value is EUR 2,000,000 (JPY 369,180,000), exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes and charges.
Interested Economic Operators are invited to complete the attached Expression of Interest Form and submit it by email to [email protected] no later than 11:59 p.m. (JST) on 6 September 2026.

イタリア大使館貿易促進部（ITA・イタリア貿易振興機構 東京事務所）は、GREEN EXPO 2027 横浜 イタリア館 の 特注ファサード、付帯工事、内装・展示工事、MEP設備工事および外構工事 に関する指名競争交渉手続きへの参加事業者を選定するため、マーケット・コンサルテーション公告を掲載します。
想定契約金額は 2,000,000ユーロ（369,180,000円、消費税・諸税別）です。
参加を希望される事業者は、添付の 参加意思表明書 に必要事項をご記入のうえ、2026年9月6日（日）23:59（日本標準時） までに [email protected] 宛てにメールでご提出ください。

ICE Agenzia – Ufficio di Tokyo pubblica l’Avviso di indagine di mercato e manifestazione di interesse per l’individuazione degli operatori economici da invitare alla procedura negoziata per l’affidamento dei lavori di realizzazione della facciata custom, opere complementari, allestimenti, impianti MEP e sistemazioni esterne del Padiglione Italia a Green Expo 2027 Yokohama.
L’importo stimato dell’intervento è pari a EUR 2.000.000 (JPY 369.180.000), al netto di IVA e di ogni altro onere e imposta applicabile.
Gli operatori interessati sono invitati a compilare il modulo di manifestazione di interesse allegato e a trasmetterlo all’indirizzo [email protected] entro le ore 23:59 (JST) del 6 settembre 2026.
